It was held at 10 a.m. on August 8 at Gwangju City Hall. The event was a great success in welcoming the PEACE ROAD 2019 World Congress. Gwangju City Vice Mayor Lee Byung-hoon, Gwangju City Council President Kim Dong-chan, Vice Chairman Jang Jae-sung, Western Mayor Seo Dae-seok, former Gwangju Mayor Ko Jae-yu, former Namgu Mayor Kang Won-ho, former head of the mining district Lee Young-soon and MBN Governor Ji Young-bong attended the event.
